The staff is doing excellent job especially Mr. Ho at the concierge.

Very well located. This hotel is very busy and many people (success of the hotel) Staff was very friendly and room clean. Chek in very fast and check out too. Breakfast is very good and you have a lot of m choice. The only thing is that is very very noisy and full. But that was fast to have a place. I didn't use the subway but DiDi m. Cheap and convenient.

The breakfast was supposed to be "international" . It was no where near international. The coffee was horrible. The orange juice wasn't juice, it was drink. There were only old fried eggs and no other western choices at all. Horrible really.
The staff were polite but the check in and check out procedures were way to lengthy and inquisitive. We won't be staying here next time.
