The price, location to Nelson Bay CBD & two of your cleaning staff that kindly assisted my husband & I taking our luggage to our car upon departure:)
Also the Maintenance staff were extremely efficient 😉
The spa was not working and one of the main reasons we booked to stay especially at this time of the year 😢
No mention of this upon check in unfortunately & the fact that there is a new unit block next door under construction.
Rather than put signs hanging off the second bedroom and second bathroom not to use as we were apparently upgraded to a larger unit, I would suggest you have locks on the doors instead- seemed a bit tacky.
