Convenient to the event we were attending. Roomy enough for 3 of us, nice to have the balcony. Quiet.
Unfortunately the room safe didn’t unlock or lock. It would have been convenient for our passports!
The access staircase was in dire need of a recarpeting.

Spacious rooms, excellent pool facilities, easy to access parking, easy access to trams, kitchen facilities, washing machine and dryer is good to have.
The room could have been cleaner, the rug especially needs a good clean.

The new G:Link tram stop is right across the street now which was a huge plus! It made getting around so much easier than last year. The pool was great.
Our condo was clean except the floor needed a much more thorough sweep and mop. It was dirty to walk on.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location, close to everything. It is a good size for families
The second bathroom had a little dirt or dust which put our daughter off, easily cleaned but she didn't use it. It is our daughter who asked me to get a unit with a bath. There is mismatched plates, not too much a concern but the other place we stayed in tweed heads was a bit more modern, jset off dishes cups all matching and it was cheaper. Ne we er furniture as welll. This unit was rundiwn compared to last time we stayed here.
