Great location, when warm the facilities would be wonderful, nice feel to the resort. I felt comfortable.
Noise from the tram station outside my window. Very loud until they stopped running at 2.30am when all the drunk party people had gone home.

The accommodation was in a good location for what we had planned, We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were both polite and knowledgeable throughout our visit. Everything was well signposted, making it easy to navigate the resort and take advantage of the many activities on offer. Directly across the road was the beach, adjoining parklands and the North Burleigh Surf club, where we enjoyed a delicious meal. The location offers plenty of space and activities, making it an ideal destination for families with young children.
We were travelling as a group of three adults, and the smaller bedroom with the twin beds was quite cramped for two adults. Ventilation was also an issue, as the main window was screwed shut. While there was a small alternative window, it could only be closed by going outside the apartment because the security screen obstructed access from inside. The apartment also faced the highway, which was disappointing, as the property's marketing materials and photos prominently featured beach-facing views, creating an expectation that the accommodation would overlook the beach rather than the road.
