Staff very good, reception guy very helpful. He organised our shuttle service to and from airport, which was excellent.
Location of the hotel was perfect.
The view from the Family room was fantastic.
Lovely views from the breakfast room and plenty of food.
Hotel smaller than expected but understand lack of space in Istanbul. The balcony in the balcony room, didn’t look as if it was meant to be used.

Close to major attractions. Property had an elevator. Kind staff.
Simple breakfast, but plentiful. Small room to sleep 3 people. My room was not available upon check in. My family and I were moved to a comparable hotel across the street. I was told my room would be ready the next morning, which it wasn't. Tracking luggage back and forth was a hassle.

The room for three was extremely small, no where to put luggage. Be ware about the Mosque and azan. The staff was very welcoming and kind and ready to help. But the hotel is more like a hostel, and 3 star hotels:.
