Aydin & all his staff were really friendly & helpful. The breakfast & restaurant on the top floor was open air & had amazing views & Paul was really friendly. Location was fantastic, short walk to everywhere

We absolutely LOVED our stay. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL and perched on a hill. From our room windows, we could look at the Sea of Marmara and see across to the Asian side of Turkiye. Our room was beautifully decorated and just lovely. Breakfast was included and provided at their rooftop restaurant. The rooftop restaurant has SWEEPING views of the ocean and Istanbul (including the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque). It is truly stunning. We also had a great dinner there. It was incredible to watch ships line up to go thru the Bosphorous as the sun is setting. Staff-wise, we met most of the managers and the staff. GREAT, GREAT people. All were incredibly welcoming, kind and gracious hosts. They could not have been any more warm and welcoming... We particularly enjoyed talking with Aydin :-). We can't wait to come back! Also, the hotel is perfectly located--right between the Hagia Sophia and The Blue Mosque. Literally, a 5 minute walk to each. It is also built on the ruins of an ancient palace/fortress. Very cool to see the ruins of the ancient fortress gate out our window. STRONGLY recommend!!!

Staff was really nice and room was clean.
Location was a bit bad. I don't know if this is all of Istanbul is like this but as soon as we left the doors of the hotel we were being harassed by salesmen.
