Excellent services and amenities, staff spoke very good English and the location is unbeatable.
There could be noise pollution from the street at times but nothing that would keep you awake.

Convenient to train stations & food outlets
As the rooms were not overly large, the bulky cabinets opposite the beds could have been redesigned to give a little extra floor space.

Location is very strategic as it is 5mins walk to shops, stations and restaurants. Moreover, two main tourist attractions (namely Nagoya Castle & Toyota Museum) are nearby.
Public chargeable parking is conveniently next to hotel despite its location so near to Nagoya m main station and high rise.
Room is small and old but clean & neat.
