The location is perfect; near to Nagoya station just 7 minutes walking via the underground Unimall path headed east, Exit no. 8 opens up directly in front of the hotel's entrance. Very convenient when it's raining and you avoid getting wet. The room is decent and modern, bathroom has a big enough bath tub for 1 person, very quiet environment. The hotel staff are polite & helpful and can speak Japanese and English. There's free coffee, toiletries and bath salts for guests, and at B2 there's a washer and dryer machine (¥500 for a washing and drying combo). At the lobby there are sofas, armchairs and a big table for guests who want to relax or use their laptops. Breakfast is served at the next door Ichiran Ramen accessible via the hotel lift, one breakfast (1 ramen bowl) is ¥1000. Overall very satisfied, would come stay again for sure.

A great hotel near Nagoya Station, located about a 400-metre walk away. You can use the Unimall underground passage to avoid the rain and summer heat; take exit U6, and the hotel entrance is nearby.
The hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and large office buildings. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable, and the reception staff were helpful. The lounge has a pleasant seating area as well as a separate workspace for guests who need to work.
It felt slightly more upscale than the Resol Stay we visited in Tokyo. We would certainly stay here again.
The room was smaller than I am used to.
