Very quiet and comfortable property, very close to the airport and the messe. Surrounding area is very peaceful and idyllic. Also only a 15 min walk to the tram for the city centre. Appreciated the fridge for keeping our drinks cold! Aldi is also a short walk away for supplies.
We were here in May and the apartment has no AC so it could get quite warm during the day. Floors were a little dirty also, some signs of age/wear and tear around the apartment. There seemed to only be a stairs which was a bit difficult for heavy suitcases.

It is very close to the merkur area when you want to visit a concert it’s only a 20 minute walk. And also very close to the airport
