Good value for money, good transport links. Clean, tidy & well run.
No bedroom air con-tricky when it was 32 degrees.

Clean, excellent transport links, varied breakfast selection, a lovely and very comfortable double room with lots of hanging and shelving space for clothes. The complimentary bottle of water is very tholughtful. I appreciated the very flexible check-out time I was allowed. Very accommodating and friendly staff. A very convenient restaurant downstairs with very tasty meals.
As a result of the excellent transport links just outside the hotel, there was constant traffic noise where my room was positioned. Trams at all hours. Unfortunately, the windows had to be open due to the heat. An adequate fan was provided. Strangely, I still slept well

Great location tram stop outside, nice restaurant below, good room (when you get to it!!), nice staff
What they do not tell you, if you book a room with balcony , you have to walk up two (or 1 flight if in room below the one we had) flights of spiral stairs to get to the apartment (lift goes to floor 4, then you walk up the stairs) not much good to book if you can not walk up the stairs.
