Over het algemeen is het ons goed bevallen.

Ontbijt is prima. Bedden te zacht. Douchen in bad voorzichtig ivm gladheid. Water is erg heet! Natuurlijk is het gehorig, zoals in de meeste hotels.

No se fíen por las fotos ni las descripciones de las habitaciones porque no es real

La habitación tenía un patio exterior donde se podía fumar

Las habitaciones no se parecen a las fotos, las descripciones de los servicios que ofrece la habitación la mayoría no los cumplen. El hotel en sí muy bonito pero las habitaciones pésimas con el precio que tienen

Good hotel in a good location

Very helpful staff, lovely big room, good location, close to trams and the train station, with lots of restaurants nearby. On the bed, only one pillow each was supplied, but when we asked for more the reception staff delivered promptly. Good buffet breakfast. I would happily stay again.

It was great to have a kettle with tea and coffee supplied (quite unusual in Europe in my experience). Would have been even better if the supply of sachets had been topped up during our stay. But to be fair, we probably could have simply asked for more.

Excellent service from very kind hotel staff

We had a room with broken ac, but were able to change in the middle of the night and got compensated for the inconvenience. Very happy about how the staff handled it

Perfect stay - definitely going to be back

Perfect quality, especially taken the price into consideration. Location couldn't be better, hospitality of the staff was definitely worth mentioning, everything was simply great.

Not worth of 300 eur + stay.

While the staff at Hotel Dusseldorf Mitte were friendly, my experience there was far from satisfactory.

My room was located in a different building on the street, in a residential block, which meant poor sound insulation and a lack of privacy. The rooms were a far cry from the ones shown in the pictures, and the bed and bedding were uncomfortable. The cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, was subpar.

The hotel was good! The staff was super friendly.

We had ordered separate bed but ended up having a double bed.

Perfect location

The rooms was very nice. Prefect location near the center and the main train station. Very good restaurant options in short walking distance.

bathroom faucets were in bad condition. They are redoing some rooms and that is causing some disturbance. Only one elevators so needed usually to take the stairs.

I won’t ever choose this hotel again.

This was one of the worst Hotel I’ve ever been.

Room wasn’t cleaned, there was even feces at the rooms toilet. staff wasn’t helpful, actually they were very arrogance. they didn’t even know where I could park my car.

Very good

The hotel is in a great location. Easy to move every where. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is great with a lot variety of food. I will come back again and would like to stay here again.

The single room is too small, good value for money. I have move to bigger size room. Jo
