Specifically booked because they have air-conditioning and it did not work in our room we could never get it below 78° usually around 80

Hotel was just across the road from a tram stop, and buses plus another tram were a block away. It was also close to where our daughter lives. A bidet/toilet was unexpected.
For a 9 night stay, the room was quite small. Luckily, we didn't have large suitcases. Also, the only source of boiling water in our room was a coffee machine. We don't drink coffee. No shower curtain, and the "rain head" shower sprayed directly into the bathroom. It was not able to be adjusted.

The lobby and the room were very nicely decorated and appointed. Appreciated the bottle of water and the coffee machine in the room. Also, everything was very clean, so thank you to the housekeeping staff.
The breakfast was kind of dissappointing. The eggs were clearly a pre-made mix that had been cooked to death - they were really awful scrambled eggs. The pancakes weren't much better, and the cheese/cold meats on offer were Aldi quality. For a hotel of this level, you should do much better. Also, I guess Accor must have a contract with Nespresso, but the machine is a pain to use, and those cartridges cetainly aren't environmentally friendly.
