Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Es war sauber und für vier Leute ausreichend Platz.
Das Schlafsofa ist für eine Nacht in Ordnung, für mehrere Nächte kann ich es nicht empfehlen.

In an ideal position for the station and right next to the supermarket.
It was immaculate and the bed was super comfortable. Nice touch with the extras in the kitchen.The shower was fantastic and lovely and hot.
Great that you can use the lockers until 8pm. Allowed us to see the town and not lug our cases around as we had a late flight. Would highly recommend.
The front door did not block out the traffic noise and I think there is a problem with the fitting in the top right hand corner. I did communicate to you separately.
Maybe bigger dinner plates and a pair of scissors would be helpful but not a deal breaker.

The location is great with access to old town and city center in walking distance.
The online login and logout experience is also an advantage here
Firstly I chose it as it was mentioned it has a private reservable parking. But after the booking, they mentioned all spaces are SOLD OUT. Then they didn’t cooperate to cancel the booking nor finding an alternative!
Pretty inconvenient and no care to customer needs with cold responses without even empathy!
The facilities are also not good enough. There was a washing machine without any dryer or even outside drying options, so it was useless.
On the other hand there was no dishwasher and there was a small sink. So dish washing was a nightmare and hassle.
