Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Sehr gute Lage, überaus freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Alles hat gepasst! Ich werde gerne wiederkommen!

Die Begrüßung war äußerst freundlich. Das neu renovierte Zimmer mit Blick auf die Kirche und den Kirchplatz war wunderschön, das Zimmer sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Es war ein Besuch, wo einfach alles bestens war und ich, ich sein konnte.

Ich war wirklich mit allem und jedem zufrieden.

Aufenthalt hat den Zewck der Reise erfüllt.

Die Lage war für uns gut, da die Location zu der wir wollten 10 Minuten entfernt war. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Es gibt nette Cafes in der Umgebung. Zimmer hatte schönen Blick auf die Kirche, Ubahn nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Baustelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Es war richtig heiss, Klimaanlage ging gar nicht. Es standen immer komische Leute vor dem Eingang und rauchten.

Positiivinen yllätys

Aamiainen oli hyvä sekä sänky. Ilmaiset juomat minibaarissa olivat erinomainen yllätys.

Huoneen ilmastointi ei toiminut - piti nukkua ikkuna auki koska huone oli kuuma.

Could be improved

The room is equipped with mini fridge, induction cooker and microwave. And it also looks quite and clean.

Not very soundproof, and there is no main light source for the room only a desk lamp and two bedside lamps.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

loved the location. The room was comfortable and the view of the church is stunning.

Could be quite noisy with the other doors in the hallway banging. A main route to the hospital so a lot of sirens and bells from the church. Had a young new member of house keeping touch our stuff which was upsetting. Management were very apologetic.

Location, bed, basically room was not bad, you also got a mini kitchen in your room, might be useful.

Booked little different room. Only one shampoo for 2 persons. Toooo loud, you hear all your neighbors, someone was sick and that guy was vomiting, you hear that all at 5 a.m, no good. Welcome bottle of water was open before us. Some other details

Clean & spacious rooms, location of the hotel

Prepare to pay extra for a quiet room or bring ear plugs. The regular category rooms are all to the main street which is quite loud. When I asked for a more quiet room, I was told that would come at extra cost, since they are in the "plus" category. I asked what the different to the regular rooms was and they mentioned basically just that they are not as loud. Overall the front desk staff was not very welcoming, the night shift had no clue about the hotel at all. 2 beers and 2 waters per night are included, however they have to be manually picked up every day at the reception desk, which makes no sense. The parking garage is insanely small, if you drive anything larger than an eco size car, I highly recommend street parking.

Excellent value for money

We had a wonderful room at the corner with an incredible view on the church. Amenities perfect and the location is very good, kind of inbetween Oldtown, some cool venues in Unterbilk and the Medienhafen. It was all perfect, except the bed

The bed was uncomfortable: The mattress was kind of laid out. The pillows had lost their structure. Pillows and blankets were lumpy.

Superb

The guy who did our check-in was extremely helpful! He was trying his best to speak English to help us and we could see his best effort working out for sure! He also went extra miles to help us to explore the city by printing out the useful info, since we asked a question about his recommendation! We even tried to tip him during the check-out, but unfortunately another person did our check-out. We hope his employee can see this review and acknowledge his great work!

The cleaning person was quite rude, and didn’t act on our responses about the cleaning request. We told her that we would do the check-out later so she should clean the room later after the check-out. She came back before our check-out anyway as if our requests didn’t matter to her.
