The room was comfortable and very clean, including the bed sheets. The hotel also offers nearby parking and provides a remote control for easy access, which was very convenient.
The main issue during my stay was the check-in experience. Upon arrival, I was asked to provide a €50 cash deposit as a guarantee. This requirement had not been communicated in advance, so I had to leave the hotel and find an ATM to withdraw cash. After a long journey and waiting until the 3:00 p.m. check-in time, I found this inconvenient. Additionally, the request was made in a manner that I felt was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I believe guests should be informed beforehand if a cash deposit is required.

The location was not bad. Not so good either.
The elevator seemed dangerous and the building is pretty old. The Bahnhof area is not secure for solo travelers and this hotel is near to that area, late at night it makes you feel unsafe to walk alone in the street.
