- right at the foothill of the back of Karahayit (quiet surrounding, no traffic), a great hotel offering wellness and medical services at the same time. I have made use of the medical treatment of Nobel clinic - highly qualified, professional and friendly staff! The physiotherapy, the massage, the mud treatment and aqua gym next to the electro- and magneto therapies contributed greatly to my well-being. The hotel's different pools and spas are great. I requested and was offered a "quite room", though the evening life-music around the pool can be heard from anywhere (ends at 23.00). Great personals at the reception desk and in the restaurant.

I have four very positive comments about this hotel: 1) The welcome: we found a huge fruit platter in our room—apples, oranges, pears, peaches, apricots, and plenty of cherries—something I’ve never seen before, even in the world’s top hotels. 2) The food quality: I had read reviews where people complained about the food and had planned to go to a different restaurant if that turned out to be the case. However, the food was excellent; either the hotel has made great improvements, or those comments were completely unjustified. The buffet was superb, featuring fresh raw vegetables and fruit; the cooked dishes were delicious and varied on both nights we dined there; the rice accompanying the dishes was exquisite; and for those who prefer it, there were even homemade french fries.
3) The spa: it is fully open with both indoor and outdoor facilities, including pools with iron-rich water. Furthermore, everything is accessible until 11 PM; while using the spa can often be a hassle at other hotels, here it is easy, and you really feel like going—and coming back.
4) The entertainment: there is a belly dancer every evening at 9:30 PM at the poolside bar; it’s a nice touch that really livens up the evenings.
Owners of many other hotels should look at this place to learn how to treat guests properly.

Dinner and breakfast package was excellent value, lots of choice on the buffet, loved the breads, honey, fruit and sushi. Swimming pool and thermal pool were excellent and open until late at night. Fabulous experience. Reception were very helpful to book hot air ballooning and for a lower price than I had seen elsewhere.
The live evening entertainment is outside around the pool. It goes on very late and makes it hard to sleep.

Food was like school dinners and there was no speciality restaurants, just the main restaurant and an a la carte menu. we had a room with no view at first even though the hotel was clearly nowhere near full. After we complained we got a better room.
