The Thermal spa was amazing.

The bathroom was a bit dated, could do with tidying up. But fully functional

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hierapark Thermal & Spa Hotel. The hotel is clean, modern, and offers excellent facilities, making it a great choice for families. We especially appreciated the spacious family room, which had one double bed and two single beds—perfect for our family with two young children. Our room overlooked the pool, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its location. It is very close to the White Terraces of Pamukkale, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. The thermal and spa facilities were definitely the highlight. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor thermal pools, as well as regular indoor and outdoor swimming pools. We also loved that guests could access the pools until 11:00 p.m. While we couldn't make full use of this because of our young children, it's a great option for those looking to relax in the evening. The spa stays open until 10:00 p.m., and we highly recommend the Turkish bath—it was a wonderful experience. Another nice touch was the daily afternoon tea, where guests could enjoy complimentary tea or coffee along with a selection of sweet and savory snacks. There was also live music every evening, which created a lovely atmosphere. The only area where we felt there was room for improvement was the food. While both breakfast and dinner were enjoyable and we always found something to eat, the variety was somewhat limited for a five-star hotel. If meals were being purchased separately rather than included in the stay, we don't think they would offer particularly good value. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend Hierapark Thermal & Spa Hotel, especially for families and anyone looking to enjoy the thermal pools and spa facilities while visiting Pamukkale.

Location was good. Their thermal pool was fantastic. Enjoyed a dip into it.

Food : no vegetarian options available. As I had not selected lunch or dinner into my package, a la carte service was poor. They were confused themselves how it's possible. Luckily, for us another large group of Indians were too staying there who accomodated us for lunch and dinner.
