Hotel moderno e pulito

Bellissima posizione vista mare, con il sovrappasso davanti che consente l'accesso alla passeggiata sul mare. Ottima colazione. Camera ampia, pulita, rifornita ogni giorno di acqua. Wi fi eccellente. Letti comodissimi, bagno con spruzzino sostitutivo del bidet e doccia ampia con ottima pressione dell' acqua

Unica cosa per cui non di voto 10 sono le finestre per niente insonorizzate, purtroppo il lato mare è sopra un viale trafficatissimo e ci vorrebbero infissi adeguati

Nice city hotel

Location is very good. Hotel was just next to Park Bulvar shopping center and sea side. Weather was cold and we couldn't spend time at sea side but there was a nice walking area. Nizami street and old city center is at walking distance. Junior suit was big enough for 3 people. There was enough room space despite extra bed and sofa.

We used taxi in front of hotel by suggestion of reception. They said it's long distance and we paid 40 Manat. We turned back to hotel, from same location by taxi again, paid 8 Manat. Hotel taxi was not a luxury one, an old little car. And I asked that to hotel reception next day, they said 5 times more payment is normal. I faced that kind of thing at hotel like this first time. And I couldn't match this behavior with Azerbaijan kindness we saw all trip.

Kein Radisson Level, nicht empfehlenswert!

Zimmergröße wie beschrieben. Zimmer war auch sauber. Frühstücksauswahl war OK. (Hatte nur 1x mal Frühstück)

Bei der Reception merkt man schon gleich, dass man nicht willkommen ist. Kein freundliches Gesicht, genervt und auch nicht hilfreich. Im Vorfeld habe ich informiert, dass ich Late arrival habe und es möglich ist 50% der Übernachtung zu zahlen...ich bin um 05:00 angekommen! Aber vorort interresiert das niemand. Auch beim Frühstück fragt man nach einem Kaffee da wird man nur bös angeschaut. Das Bad ist veraltet und die Silikone, Fugen schon gelb! Musste 2 mal in den 7. Stock um den KEY zu tauschen, weil dieser nicht funktioniert hat. Einfach nur nervig. Bin geschäftlich in Baku, müde und dann noch solchen Ärger, weil das System veraltet ist. Auf jeden Fall ist dieses Hotel für business Reisen nicht zu empfehlen.

Очень холодно в номере. Кислотно Зеленые потолки в полулюксе. были во многих Редисонах. Данный полулюкс в Баку слабее обычных номеров этой сети в глубинке России. Редисон в Саранске или Калининграде намного выше уровнем,

Harika.!

Konum harika, Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve yardımsever, Oda tertemiz, Manzara huzur verici, Kahvaltı krallara layık. Eurovision yarışmasında hep o tam puan veren kardeş ülke insanı, gerçekten Türkiye Türklerini çok seviyorlar bunu hissedeceksiniz, biz de onları.

Best Baku views with fantastic service

We upgraded to the junior suite and had some of the most amazing hotel views of Baku in a very clean and comfortable room. I would like to commend the staff for being very helpful and attentive throughout our whole stay here. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone made us feel at home.

My recent stay at Raddison was nothing short of remarkable, primarily due to its cozy, clean environment and prime location right in front of the famous boulevard. From the moment I arrived until the end of my trip, Roshan was a beacon of help and support. His ability to assist with any issues in the rooms and offer guidance throughout my stay was unparalleled. It’s rare to encounter such sincerity and care in hotel experiences, and Roshan’s dedication significantly enhanced my stay. The rooms themselves were very nice and cozy, perfectly suited for travelers. They provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. I highly recommend Raddison for anyone visiting the area. The combination of a great location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding staff, especially Roshan, makes for a memorable stay.

Мне очень понравилось. Чистота и комфорт и цена. Ближе к центру города.

Номер очень чистый, комфортный (я был в стандартном номере). Персонал и охрана очень вежливые. Мне нравится в отеле комфорт и уют и все это было здесь. В следующий раз опять буду там.

Было бы не плохо добавить розетки ближе кровати.

Отличное расположение отеля, в доступности всё что необходимо, весь центр под рукой. В отеле чистота, убирались каждый день, меняли полотенца, постельное белье тоже каждый день! Завтраки отличные! Персонал очень приветливый - решали все вопросы.

You want a hotel to be 200% spot on in service - this is the place. Super location, excellent staff - I had an issue and the manager was there 7 am on a Sunday not just to fix but to meet me in person! Hotel is peaceful calm with a super breakfast huge rooms! The one bed terrace and studios had the most gorgeous sea view. I stayed in Marriott before - id choose Radisson any day - made my stay perfect

Very nice location, and clean. Also the experience was very smooth. I felt very well taken care of. The staff “Oxzman” has been very helpful and made me feel that the hotel truly cared for my stay. Surely I’m coming back to this hotel.

Great location. Clean. Very professional staff.

Staff was very helpful and professional. Special thanks to Rahshan and Essad. Room cleaning was perfect. Room service was very good.

Room service food was expensive. Smoking was an issue since my first day. The staff offered me to change the room, I did not since I stayed 12 days. It would not be convenient to change rooms every other day. At our nonsmoking floor, one could smell the cigarette smoke in the hallway every day. It may be an air conditioning issue. Hope it would be fixed.

Will stay there every time I visit Baku.

Location, location and location. Great location, within walking distance of almost all the sites and within touching distance of the boulevard walk along see with great views and many eateries. Staff was friendly and attentive. The view from the upper sea-facing rooms was absolutely great.

Apart from our last morning, the breakfast area and staff appear overwhelmed. A lot of the food items were lukewarm or cold. Breakfast selection also relatively limited n
