Lo staff, tutti bravi e disponibili. La piscina è bella e molto pulita. L'idromassaggio è molto bello. La colazione è gourmet e buona. Il balcone era ampio. Il bagno era grande e molto bello e curato anche nei dettagli.
La stanza al 4o piano, senza ascensore (che arriva fino al 3o). La piscina è un po' fredda e l'idromassaggio un po' caldo. La colazione può essere ampliata ai piatti tipici azeri oltre al gourmet (basta pochissimo, lavas, tandir...). Nella stanza c'erano delle guarnizioni delle finestre che penzolavano, il che era un po' brutto. Nella sauna la luce non funzionava, quindi era inutilizzabile, che è un peccato. Nella piscina non funzionava la fontana. Nella doccia del bagno la manopola era svitata.
