The accommodation is very clean, swimming pool/s and spa and walking distance to Avoca Beach and shopping centre....Highly recommend.

The gardens. Ample supplies of tea, coffee milk etc
The condition of the cabin. It had a few maintenance issues. Things that you expect in a room like tissues and shampoo and dish cloth were not provided. The cabins are located closely together. A bit cramped in.
