The staff were lovely, the beds were super comfortable after a long journey up, location was ideal as near 2 tube stations. Building was secure and felt very safe for two young females travelling in London together.

I didn't expect breakfast to be included in the accommodation price, so I missed breakfast.Exelent location near by pub with a perfect view to the Themse.
Am not shure you can get any better accomodation in central London for such a little money.

Very good value considering it's in a very nice area
Staff were lovely start to finish

Friendly atmosphere
Breakfast quite poor for the price, branded as a buffet but it's a school canteen style service and they serve it as if it's coming out of their wages.
Poor shower pressure, and toilet didn't flush very well. Room also stunk of drainage
Loud, rickety beds (very uncomfortable), was ok in a private 6bed room but I imagine it wouldn't be comfortable for a solo traveller
