The location was great, by bus it takes like 15-20 mins to central london. Also the staff was very good. Room was tidy and clean as well!

The property is well kept. Alex and Lav were very responsive and helpful. The location is very convenient, 10 minutes walk to Surrey Quays Station.
The blinds were functional but partly broken. The hosts said it will be replaced with new ones after my checkout though.

Good value for money.
Good neighborhood, with some restaurants and good supermarkets nearby.
Easy access to public transport, although the metro is a bit far away.
Cleaning is definitely not their strong suit. During the 9 days we were there, nobody showed up to clean the common areas like the kitchen and bathroom.
The hot water from the boiler ran out for two days, and we had to take cold showers. The host wanted to know what time we would be showering so he could turn the hot water on (or off). When I said I would like to take two showers, he replied that I could only take one hot shower per day.
