The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was excellently cooked for us on all three mornings. Tanika was a perfect host, even to the point of helping us take our luggage up the stairs.
The geographical location was very close to the beach and the harbour and is only 6 doors away from Greccos, the best restaurant in Bridlington.
I wouldn’t change anything. There was even parking space for everyone.

This is a little gem. Lovely warm welcome, friendly owner and staff… really good breakfast - one of the best small hotel breakfasts I have had.

Friendly staff with good service the breakfast well cooked and to my liking. Very clean and comfortable bed recommend the swallow any time
