didn't get much sleep second night because of a big group had arrived . music load and group very loud till after 12zm

Perfect everything you need was done for you ,to start fruit juice and cereal full English or whatever combination you want,toast white bread brown bread crumpets. Continental breakfast if you want tea and coffee,if you didn’t get enough you can only blame yourself.

Conveniently located, easy access to sea front and town. Comfortable bed and clean environment.
More than adequate for our needs for a short stay. The shower/ WC space is a little small but manageable.

Breakfast good. Generally clean, especially bedding and towels.
The rooms and public areas are reflective of the building's age. The decor was tired in some areas and would benefit from attention to detail.
There were two silverfish (insects) in the shower room.
