Good location, next to train station and a very nice market where you can get good food, drinks, ....
Close to the city, quiet, clean. Possible to rent a hair dryer at the reception.
For 1 person it was good, for 2 I would say this room is a bit small.

The location and view are great. It is exactly in front of the park and old town. In the heart of Kalamaja area. Stores, cafe and restaurants are nearby.
Staff is very supportive. It is as per description and as per expectation for this money.
Better mention, that the tram in front of window is quite noisy, which might be important for some people. Parking, which is advertised is actually not accessible. The access there from the street, where cars are prohibited. You can't get there by car as per road code. There is some way to get there as I've seen some cars parked there. But it was not explained to me in advance in the message communications, how to get there (again, if I see the road signs, it is prohibited to drive there). And after that I just found the free parking spot on the street nearby and didn't escalate it to the hotel.
But in general, this is something to improve for the hotel.

Clean hotel and friendly personnel.
While it’s affordable, the rooms get too hot and there is no AC or fan available. If you try to keep a window open, it’s gets very loud since there is a road with cars, busses, trams, motorcycles and what not.
