The absolute highlight of this hotel is the friendliness and dedication of the staff. They truly go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Our daughter lost an earring in the pool, and the staff actually managed to find it and made sure it was returned to us. We also experienced a few minor issues in our room, but everything was fixed promptly. The staff were always available, helpful and genuinely willing to assist with anything we needed.
We also really enjoyed spending time at the pool. It was a lovely place to relax and enjoy our holiday!
A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. Your hospitality really makes the difference!
Breakfast was not our favourite. There was plenty of choice and a lot of food, but unfortunately, it felt more like quantity over quality.
We also feel that the yellow pool loungers could do with replacing, as they are no longer very comfortable.
These are just a few suggestions for improvement, as overall we had a really lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you for your hospitality!

The hotel charged us extra for the extra bed (which we did not need and for the breakfast). At the time we booked a room with 2 double beds which all we needed. They refused to let us stay and made us pay extra monrey which was totally not accetable and in our bufget. I want booking.com to look into this matter as we put our trust in you.
We paid extra for the additonal bed and for the breakfast which was not good.
