Likes:
The location was excellent—ten minutes walk to the main attractions and close to the tram services. Turin really is a beautiful city to easily walk around. The closeness to the station was also a bonus.
The accommodation was clean, secure and quiet, although there was no cleaning over the three night period we stayed.
The breakfast was served early and was fresh and very good; hot food, cereals, fruit, pastries, fresh coffee and juice.
The staff were generally professional, courteous and helpful.
Dislikes:
We stayed in a strange apartment linked to the B&B/apart-hotel. It wasn’t inconvenient, but it was an odd, detached experience.
There is absolutely zero WiFi available in the apartment (despite having the log in details) the signal is too weak. So, if you’re looking to catch up with or get on work while there, you’ll find it impossible.
The reception and restaurant area is only open in the morning, so you’ve no option to get online there as an alternative.
But overall I think the accommodation represents good value for money.

The staff at reception, the housekeeping team, and the breakfast staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable for our family of three, and we were very pleased with its cleanliness and the facilities provided.
The location was good, close to Porta Nuova station and within walking distance of the main tourist attractions in the city center.
The breakfast was also great, and I especially loved the pastries!
The Wi-Fi was sometimes unreliable, but it wasn’t an issue for us during our stay.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel!

Very close to the center. Room very spacious and comfortable. Great shower.
The parking was ok. I had mine in a reserved space in the local piazza meaning it wasn’t a secluded spot.

Easy to walk to main piazzas and tourist areas. Breakfast was good except bananas seem to be a rarity.
Advertised in booking.com as soundproof! It's not! Tram (street train) is right outside the building, running until late at night and starting again around 4:51 am. Windows are single pane and shutters don't seal out noise. Corner room was exceptionally loud. Also, parking at hotel is extremely tight. If you're not excellent at parking, don't try it.
