Great stay, old hotel but well maintained. A classic with great food and great location.

One of the best buffet breakfasts we have taken in San Salvador. Spacious restaurant, never too crowded. Personnel very kind and willing to take care of us.

Pupusas were missing...

I loved the hotel I am coming back

Good except they told me the pupusas were not part of the breakfast and I didn’t get any when I did find out they were all gone. Sadly I missed out maybe next time

At the bar area one of the bartenders was grumpy not friendly like the rest of staff wish I remembered his name, other than that I received good service

The A/C was the only slight problem, didn’t know it’d stop in the middle of night and I’d have to get up to set it lower.

Great place to relax .

Peacocks and nice spot to have breakfast . Beds are amazing and rooms dark and comfortable .

A very relaxing stay

The best is the pool and its area - quite big, beautiful nature, plenty time to enjoy it as it stays open from 6 am to 10 pm. The rooms were quite good, though the AC system is too loud. The breakfast was good. For a solo traveller it was perfect.

The view from the room - would have been nice to have a more central view either on the city (mountain) or the pool, but maybe the rooms with this view have higher price.

Noise from parties at the hotel gets too loud. We could hear loud music until 3am.

what was offer didn’t match what I get, i was charged meal that supposed was included in the reservation, minibar didn’t work at all, a discrimination 100%

Loud music due to party events inside the hotel passing midnight

Party events the two nights I stay, with really loud music in the pool area, people dancing around 1am. I asked for a less noisy room and they agreed in give me other room in the higher levels, however still there the music sounded loud. The hotel staff said that's normal due to the holidays, however not normal for me, where I was looking for a place to stay calmly having good night sleeps.

Never disappointed at the Sheraton Presidente!

I have stayed there five or six times. The staff are exceptionally friendly and very professional. Breakfast is also amazing. Staying a the Sheraton Presidente is always a very pleasant experience.

The hotel has not been renovated in some time. It is acceptable but could use some updating.
