Would consider it again at a lower rate

Great location, super friendly staff and everything was very clean. Very nice house and the restaurant was good.

Rooms are very austere and simple, expected a bit more for the rate I paid. TV installation wasn’t done properly and angled way too low.

A good option

The hotel itself is a very nice place. It is modern and very much upscale. Breakfast is served at the restaurant in a very nice atmosphere with garden view and nice quiet music. Furthermore, the included breakfast options are exceptional. Nevertheless, during the night (we were there Thursday to Saturday) the hotel is not necessarily quiet as it is located in a fancy neighbourhood of San Salvador where there are a lot of night clubs. In fact, both nights, there was a lot of loud music until very late.

In the bathroom there was a tipical sign that stated that towels etc. would only be changed when on the floor. Nevertheless, the changed the towels every day. Furthermore, certain staff at the reception gave us a rather snobbish treatment.

Superb

The staff was great, the food was very good, the room very clean and comfortable. It was nice to sit outside the room in the evening. Will definitely return.

The only bad was the bed was very low to the ground, comfortable but low.

Cozy Urban Stay

Comfortable, cozy, quiet. Amazing staff, specially the team at Il Bongustaio (the restaurant). Incredible food and beautiful design.

Our room only had one item of everything: one bathrobe, one pair of slippers, one cup to drink coffee/tea. staff were quick to respond to requests and incredibly kind so no a huge problem. Just odd.

the perfect place to stay in San Salvador

it was clean and stylish, near everything. i was afraid that there are a lot of restaurants and night life in the neighborhood but inside the room it was very silent and comfortable, the staff was very helpful and kind.

Nico is IT!

Nico Urban Hotel was an amazing place to stay, from the beautiful design, to having an outdoor space we loved everything about our stay there. The bathroom is simply gorgeous and that is just the room. Breakfast was delicious and when we had an early morning tour the staff kindly made us a to go bag with a delicious prosciutto sandwich and apple! It really made my day to have such a good breakfast and snack before and after hiking a volcano. The restaurant is also a place people frequent often so while we missed dinner, I definitely want to return specifically to try their evening menu. We were also able to go out and Nico is in a GREAT neighborhood. Cadejo brewing, nightlife, bars are ALL across the street, around the corner, and up the block. I cannot say enough good things about Nico and thank the receptionist for an attentive and warm welcome and service.

By far, the best hotel in San Salvador. And the restaurant Il Bongustaio is also the best restaurant in san salvador. Very customized service, quality of the food, and perfect service.

A must!!

Close to local chic restaurants and shopping. Aesthetically comfortable and stylish st the same time. Staff was super helpful and even got a mini fridge in my room for my medicine.

Very pleasant boutique hotel. The breakfast was outstanding. Staff friendly and attentive. Great location, quiet and comfortable. Loved the art collection on display.

I am an earlier riser. No coffee until 7.00. A common facility or small room brewer would be welcomed. See you in October

Superb choice

The rooms are superb - very spacious, semi-private garden space for each room, fabulous shower. The hotel also serves as art gallery and works on display were definitely part of the charm of the location. Great restaurant on-site, easily the best one I've tried in Salvador and fantastic service.

I guess it would've been great if the bathroom had a tub but, really, that's all. I'll definitely be back when I'm back in town.

Superb

We really like the staff, they are very friendly and helpful. The room is so spacious and comfortable. Breakfast overlooking the garden is gorgeous.

On Saturday night it was quite noisy from the bar across the road and we had to close the window. Otherwise everything was perfect!

very good and comfortable business hotel in excellent location.

excellent location and service, the good in the restaurant whether breakfast, lunch or dinner is delicious. The property itself is not big but gives you possibilities of working, meeting and enjoying at the same time.

The internet was not good this time, got disconnected all the time.
