The cleanliness and the breakfast presentation and food top class

Just the fridge took a while to chill things . And noisy at side of bed on a night .

exceptional on every count, staff rooms, location, breakfast, service I could not fault this hotel, I was greeted on arrival and everything explained to me about the hotel and the local area. The breakfast menu was comprehensive and nothing was to much trouble everything was cooked to order Cliff apologized for the wait but he didn't need too as not only was the food on the table in less than 10 minuets it was hot and fresh on a hot plate. Coffee was good at breakfast and in the room too being branded coffee bags, the room its self was faultless and very clean I had a good night sleep and felt private and secure I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family without a second thought. Nothing could be better and I will not hear a negative comment re the host of hotel . Just wish there were more like this in the north west , i regularly go to Blackpool and nothing compares for the price.

Location was good for my needs, venue was very clean, lots of choice and freshly cooked for breakfast. Host welcoming and helpful, good to be able to park for free on visit .
