The hotel is very modern with a pool and fitness room. It is a five-minute walk from CAPU. The breakfast was good and a reasonable price. The Junior Suite was very comfortable.
Not surprisingly, the area is really bad, especially at night. Due to transportation delay, I arrived in the evening. Getting from the terminal to the hotel was not bad, but as I wanted to get water and other things are the nearby OXXO, it felt pretty dangerous. Should be avoided. Once in the hotel, it's a whole different experience. But you choose it for the convenience to the bus sgtation.

Front desk to maintenance should get an awards!
The railing outside my room 519 buckled and broke when my phsical disability caused me to fall backward. Had it not been for my falling backwsrd I would have tumbled over from the 5th floor and plumged to my death on floor 2.....ironically I had stayed in rhe King Jr. Suite 2 nights 239. Since I wake often because of freezing room and the Honeywell Did not work when set to heat. I about frozen to death. The room was perfect had not been for malfunctioning heater

Very close to CAPU bus terminal.Good for a night if you arrive late or leave early by bus but I would not recommend staying longer than that.
The room I got was quite dated (especially the bathroom), facing the inner courtyard. No hot water in the shower and no hairdryer in the room. Restaurant was closing at 8:30pm already.
