I like the location, the personnel very kind and friendly and the place, despite the fact that I feel it was small, but very cozy.
The internet was a little bit intermittent, and the room a little bit tiny, but it was ok

It was very clean, modern, had everything you could need in the kitchen to prepare a meal, accepted pets, and it was an easy drive to the historic district. The daily breakfast included was delicious, also.
The staff went out of their way to help with the door, umbrellas when raining, etc. My only recommendation is to have the city repair the streets around the hotel. They are in extremely poor condition. I would definitely stay again.

We did like having breakfast served to our room every morning and the flexibility with the cleaning schedule.
We didn’t like that when we arrived to check in, some guy told us they didn’t have space for us there and we had to go to a different place a couple blocks away. This other place was not anything like the pictures from the place we actually reserved. the room we were given was very enclosed with very little ventilation and no sunlight at all. the bathroom smelled like mold the entire time even after being cleaned.
the one window in the room was right next to a stairway that people would run up and down in the night.
