We had a wonderful stay at the Ikonik Hotel in Puebla. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the location was excellent—within walking distance of the historic center, which made it very convenient for exploring the city.
The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their great service really added to the overall experience.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying at the Ikonik Hotel again when visiting Puebla!
The only minor detail was the water pressure at the bathroom sink, which could have been a little stronger. Other than that, everything was excellent.

A very lovely themed hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable furnishing. Rooms were well equipped and extremely clean. Kudos to all the staff there because they were extremely helpful and friendly. Location was excellent too- all major attractions in the historic downtown are within walking distance!

Friendly and helpful staff. Great central location and spectacular view of Cinco de Mayo parade. Very clean. Hot shower (took time to figure out how it worked). The in suite coffee maker and daily coffee provided was really good and so convenient. Bed was very comfortable.
I was disappointed there was no laundry service as advertised. Breakfast was underwhelming, but not all options were tried.

The hotel’s facilities and decor are very nice. The rooms are functional, and the layout is convenient and practical. The hotel’s localization is excellent.
The AC (air conditioner) didn’t work correctly; it went off randomly and one had to request at the front desk for it to be reset (quite annoying). The water heater was off one morning and we had to shower with cold water. The staff is unprepared, unkind, and has no customer service judgment.
