The bathroom and shower. The shower door didn’t open fully so it was difficult to enter.

Beautiful hacienda style hotel.
We were right on the corner, with 2 balconies.
Once we closed the doors and shutters. Not too much noise.
Excellent location. Close to everything.
Staff are very helpful

I liked the look of a Spanish hacienda and the fact that they had a restaurant in House. The stuff was very kind and helpful. The location made it easy to walk to the attractions in the city.
Every single night we heard all of the noise of the city, so we couldn’t really sleep. There was not extra toilet paper, or an iron in the room. So we always had to go down to the front desk and ask for some. On the last morning of our stay We had no water when we bought it up to them. They said we had to eat 1015 minutes so they can refill the water. Which means that we had to leave without showering so we would make it on time to our plane. Although the restaurant was delicious, I do believe we got incredibly sick from eating there. Not sure if this is the ice in the water or the water itself.
