The location was perfect, walking distance from everything and right in the heart of the old town. There was a really nice vibe in the hostel, it was decorated with care and reflected the local culture. It was nice that they had events organised and advice so there was no need to think about what to do while in puebla. Breakfast was really good too!
The coworking space was a nice touch and the WiFi worked well enough for me to do my video calls.
Poor ventilation in the room created a lot of humidity and damp smell.

There are daily activities suggested by the hotel so we joined the walking tour with Josafat, who was bilingual. He took us to all the main sites of interest, which we could later visit on our own terms. This ‘summary of main sites’ was very helpful to allow us to plan the rest of our stay
The water pressure in the showers is too low for washing hair and after 9pm the hot water in the showers was lukewarm.

The location is excellent. It is very close to the historic district and there’s plenty to do around the area. The room was spacious.
They offer one type of breakfast depending on the room that you’re staying on. I stayed there during the weekend and they had events at their restaurant and you could hear all the noise up in the bedroom. The towels weren’t in good condition and the shower was kind of dirty.
