It was clean and comfortable. Like all big hotels it was sterile and pretty soulless. Staff were pleasant enough but didn't offer any advice or guidance regarding the area.
We were provided with only one small bottle of water per day. When I asked for another I was told that I had to pay for it! That's pretty mean for something so trivial. Beds and pillows had plastic covers which weren't comfortable and we removed.
