Clean and quiet, plenty of space, car park directly outside the unit, and the best shower I had in NZ! Only a few minutes drive to supermarket, laundry, marina, restaurants, etc.

Easy to find. Reception well sign written and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful.
I got upgraded to a different unit booked which was perfectly fine. Far in excess to my requirements but lovely none the less. Great location in the middle of "town" area. The upstairs view on the private deck was of the lake. A very happy and amazing surprise. QUIET Insulated and warm. TV was easy to use.
Felt safe as a solo female traveler.
The BED was average. It was tired and in all honesty probably on the list for replacement. That being said. I still found half a bed side to be comfortable and had a GREAT quiet nights sleep. It's a negative but just a minor one for all the pluses the quiet warm cozy homely feel of these units.
They are older, so there is marks on the wall, in the bathroom etc.

Great value for money. Really warm with heat pumps in all the rooms. Clean and comfortable. We'll equipped kitchen. Host was very good. We arrived late but still received a warm welcome.
A light by the bathroom mirror would be helpful.

Location was great, very near to town. The staff I dealt with also lovely even though he was juggling many hats! Very polite, but yes, great location
In the main lounge there were no blinds or curtains at all which I did not like considering the room overlooked houses and buildings at the back. No privacy in this regard but this could be easily rectified. No heating in the bedroom, it was pretty cold. The bathroom was very old fashioned and could honestly do with an upgrade. The toilet was very disgusting to look at, even though it was limescale it did not look good - whole bathroom very outdated. Old fashioned taps which were hard to turn to the right water temperature. I scalded myself and jumped out to readjust, not good!
