Great location – convenient to the lake, town centre, restaurants and attractions. Not that quiet but somehow peaceful in the early morning.
The accommodation itself was nice, but unfortunately the service at reception was disappointing. The receptionist was lazy, unwelcoming and did not make any effort to provide a pleasant experience for guests. Good customer service is an important part of hospitality, and this was the main negative aspect of our stay. He answered the call but he was on break. He said to call back in 30 minutes. We could have called back if he told us earlier that he is on break or should not have answered the call. He wants us to use the main door and turn all the way back to carry our things yet our room was just next to the exit and did not offer any trolleys. Indian guy.

Good location and reasonably priced. The bedding and towels were nice
Our unit was very smelly (had to buy a fragranced candle). The sofa didn’t look very clean (found a bottle of hair product underneath) and the bathroom was very grubby/mouldy)
