Everything: from the location to the cozy settings and
Historical architecture, food was amazing - we focused on the “truite au bleu” which is their specialty, their chef is French and all the other dishes ( from sweets
to homemade pate) were delicious.
The owner, François, is an extremely sympathetic guy, goes around permanently to acknowledge every customer and spend time chatting with everyone without haste, making every guest feel special.
A place to return for sure, stroll along the lake and enjoy the hiking opportunities.

The locations was amazing, there is an incredible walk on the doorstep. The staff were very attentive and even offered us a luge to take out with the family. The room was very comfortable and accomadated us comfortably. The hottub was a nice way to finish the days. We ate breakfast and dinners at the hotel everyday of our stay which were all delicious.

Breakfast was extremely good, with freshly prepared birchermuesli and a good choice of other things, including fresh eggs. The spa was a nice addition, but is quite simple, just a big jacuzzi.
