looking at comparable prices this was pretty much very appropriate for price. good for short stay.

the bathroom was clean, as well as facilities in General and room on arrival. temperature was warm, which I liked. compact design. very handy location in town center.

wifi connection was spotty. I would turn off time-to-time. Toiletries were lacking. At least put a clear warning that toiletries only include liquid soap. the bed was quite uncomfortable. especially pillows.

Very good

Good loccation - about 11min walk from train or buss station. To the center of Turku about 10min walk. Around a lot of cafe and shops -from 2min up to 7 min walk. You will have in your room the microwave owen, fridge, el.kettle and some coffee. Very good access into hotel during 24 hours by key code.

Great location in the city center. Quiet most of the time

The hallways and the elevator of the hotel were not clean most of the time. when our room was cleaned after 5 days (!) we only got new towels and no new bed sheets. Besides, most of the furniture and the bathroom door were damaged.

No staff in sight, TV didn’t work, no A/C, not even a way to open the windows as we had no window key.

Disappointing stay

The location was good. Right in the heart of the city and close to everything

When we arrived with three people there was only beds for two. Managed to find a cleaner (because there is no reception) who showed us how one of the seats folded out to a bed. No instructions left anywhere for that. The only blanket for this third bed was an uncovered doona with no cover available hidden inside a pillow case which we had to enquire about a second time with the cleaner. We had made the mistake of booking this hotel a second time on our return trip. The room we were given was obviously the last available room that you had to go out into a stairwell to acess. It was a strange split level room with a tiny spiral staicase that was difficult to drag luggage down. There was a banana peel on the floor from a previous tenant and only towels for two people when we had paid for three. The view in both rooms was just scaffolding with a plastic covering and workmen just outside the window. Needless to say... we will not be staying in Omena Hotels ever again. Very disappointed.

Could've been better

Vending machine on the first floor, big warm room with hot water and big mirror in the bathroom with heated floor, HDMI cable to connect the computer to TV, proper curtain, location - this was great!

We spent two nights in this hotel and experienced everything: starts from the noise after 2 AM, the cigarette butts in the hallway, the "lovely" view from the window of the neighbor's house, and all the way up to someone's gums and pee on the mattress... There's no proper ventilation in the building, it was not just hot, but hard to breath due to the lack of oxygen. I don't really want to write here about all-in-1 shampoo/soap/shower gel liquid placed in the bottle that you have to hold with one hand and squeeze badly to get at least something out of it, or about the cheapest Lipton tea bags, paper cups and lack of tools/plates that we experienced (even though the hotel is not the cheapest!!), or 1 towel per person (for the 3-start hotel minimum of 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel to be provided per guest), so I'll not write about this - it's just fluff. The real action starts here: on the first floor there was constantly present strong smell of cigarettes, here and there cigarette butts were easy to spot, our neighbors were youth who didn't bother themself be quite at least after midnight (honestly, not the best experience to be awakened in the middle of Saturday night from yelling in the highway right next to your door), right in front of our window there was apartment window (I was able to spot a topless guy in his 60 and almost established contact with the curious lady from the same apartment), and a cherry on the cake - unfortunately we decided to check our mattresses just before leaving, we found some old gum on one and some relatively fresh pee on another. Honestly, I don't care about the dust on the floor, and I even can forgive the missing towels and all-in-1 washing liquid and creepy old elevator for the amazing vending machine on the first floor, but the main requirement for me is a good bed, which includes clean sheets and mattress and this fail.

Location was very close to many places...shops, train station, restaurants and more

The hotel was a bit difficult to locate I couldn't see the name of hotel on the street :)
