The hotel is located a bit outside of the city center (10min by bus), in a nice surrounding with trees and closeby is a big super/hypermarket with a self-service washing area. The room is quite big and modern even with a fridge. The bathroom is modern and very nice.
Only minor disadvantages: 1.) No real reception. Instead, communication via staff of the burger restaurant. 2.) Hotel door is in the backyard. (but no real safety issue)

A comfortable, clean, and well-soundproofed room at an affordable price.

Nice hotel, nice hesburger downstairs for a quick snack at night
2 separate beds were put together were not comfy. We found it hard to sleep together. Often a matress slide away from another. Bed quality is okay-ish.

it is a 15 min walk the city center, it has its own parking spot
at first we have been given a room that was dirty (= it had not been cleaned), then we have been given another room.
despite the room had been cleaned, we found a piece of glass on the floor, and one towel had purple stains (also one toilet paper roll).
