The hotel looks good and conveniently located. The cleaning is good and staff are supportive.
I would prefer to have the sofa removed, as it is old and has an unpleasant smell. I am also very disappointed with the TV, which I did not even use. It is surprising to find an analog TV in the 21st century, especially in Dubai. I requested a converter to make it a smart TV, which costs around AED 60, but the hotel is unwilling to provide one. I strongly recommend upgrading the TVs or providing converters; otherwise, I would not recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues.
