We had such a lovely experience at Grand Heights. From the moment we arrived, everyone at the reception and restaurant was so welcoming, with the happiest smiles and such warm hospitality. 🥰
We had originally booked a one-bedroom by mistake as I was traveling with my father, so we decided to move to another hotel after one night. But after experiencing the hospitality here, we actually came back to Grand Heights because we loved the service and the people so much!
A special thank you to Neeraj, who personally helped me track a delivery that had been missed due to missing information and kept me updated until it arrived. Thiri at the front desk was always available to help and advise us, and Priyensch handled our check-in so professionally and helped us with the room options.
Thank you so much to the whole team for making us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back in Dubai soon and would love to stay at Grand Heights again! 💕✨

As usaul got my room, thats why i chose to come everytime to my home away home grand heights. I like everytging about it check in is so smooth and professional housekeeping staff is so polite and hardworking, deepa always clean my room with professiancy. From feont desk Priyanshu and John are so good entirely through their job. I will recommed this hotel to all.

he staff were exceptionally pleasant, courteous, and professional throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the Front Office team—Niranjan, Farhay, and John—for their warm hospitality and excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located, the property is clean and well maintained, and it offers excellent value for money. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
The room was not ready at the scheduled check-in time, which resulted in an unnecessary delay. Additionally, as the booking was made for three guests, the room should have been prepared accordingly with sufficient amenities, such as an extra pillow, blanket, and other essentials, prior to our arrival. Paying attention to these details would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
