Our stay at the hotel was pretty good. The stand out for us were the staff. Lets start with Jericho at the front desk. During our check in He gave us a room upgrade and went over and beyond to help smooth us in into culture in Dubai as it was our first time. He was so graceful and we always looked forward to seeing him anytime we passed by the lobby. Our stay was bed and breakfast and we can't lie our excitement anytime we went for breakfast and saw Ivy. She is an absolute flower and just lovely to interact with. The whole team was just excellent. We love Ivy & Jericho! The pool was such a good plus. We definetly recommend going there especially from midday. Everything was thoroughly clean and neat in this hotel. The convenient store at the hotel was also a huge plus especially when we needed extra stuff. The hotel used this distinct scent diffuser even after leaving back for Kenya it still stuck in our minds. That was pretty clever. We enjoyed the proximity to the metro which was like 5 mins walk and the neighbourhood was great especially if you love taking photos. For Kenyans travelling to Dubai, we definitely recommend doing a long stay here.
The room had a certain smell. Not quite sure what it was but we tried to find a way to overpower it. The hotel could try do something about it for sure, Not much to say here since we actually enjoyed our stay.

Good price quality. Location near to metro. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and large. Perfect housekeeping
Swimming pool is small and most of the day in the shadow. It takes a longtime to get hot water from the shower, although the pressure is good and the rain shower is comfortable.

The rooms are clean and quite, bed comfortable.
We come here regularly and it is a good choice for city breaks.
The breakfast can be improved. There is no option of decof coffee, which is surprising for a hotel with 4 stars. Also the coffee available is not a quality one.
Please consider to instruct your maids to wash hands or wear gloves when changing the bed sheets. The fact that they are washing the bath and after that they are changing the sheets it s awful.
