The room was amazing and very clean. The breakfast was OK, but the staff at the restaurant was very profession, especially the staff named Zarni and Amy were always smile and their welcoming manner makes us very comfortable to come back to this hotel.
Again, Security at the parking doesn't have any welcoming manner. they don't have any protocol for check-in guest, sometime rudely say, show me email proof for, sometime asking us to go to reception first. even reception doesn't want to listen the concerns.

The rooms were a nice size and the staff was very helpful and accommodating
The rooms seem slightly dated, too dark, lovely high ceilings, 2 outlets not near the bed for charging electronic devices. The rooms are extremely cold and turning the air off or up causes moisture and humidity to build up in the room. It’s a dry hotel so don’t expect a adult beverage and the only restaurant seem to be a buffet but they had a good takeout menu The hotel was good for the price, yet it could use some updates. The rooms are not antiquated but the technology including the TV could be retrofitted to be more of a “smart” room
