Tutto! Servizio ineccepibile, cucina superlativa e ottima struttura. Camera molto ampia, un mini appartamento in pratica, letti comodi e pulitissima. Cena superlativa e colazione varia con prodotti di qualità. Attenzione particolare alle esigenze alimentari, per me intollerante a glutine e lattosio, c'era la possibilità di scegliere tra varie proposte, come crostatine cotte al momento, uova, ecc., da preparare su richiesta.. Un grazie speciale al gestore per l'ottimo servizio.

There was no air conditioning in our room even though it is listed on our reservation!!! In a fancy hotel during the heat of summer in Modena and no air conditioning???
The front desk fellow at check in and during our stay was most unhelpful. He told us to just open our windows, that there were "no mosquitos" so we didn't have to worry. That was a complete lie. Our room would fill with mosquitos if we opened the windows. Would not return here and will definitely not recommend it
