It is very comfortable the hotel is very close to everything you can walk everywhere, the people were from the reception they were friendly and I really like that they let me leave my things when I finish checking out!!! I recommend it

beautiful and centrally located hotel
They wanted to send us to a second location within the hotel that required crossing a road to access the pool. We requested a large bed and instead found two beds pushed together, which were extremely hard. We couldn't sleep in the middle because of how hard the seam between the mattresses was. Adding to the discomfort was the noise of cars passing in front of the hotel from early morning. If you're going to offer spacious beds for couples, please make sure they are both spacious and comfortable. And if you're going to accommodate guests in different facilities, please notify us in advance.

Only a few minutes walk from the boat dock, very close to restaurants and bars. Super helpful staff. Lovely spacious comfortable huge bed.
The cleaner making a racket around 0700 moving pool furniture around, it was like nails being dragged down a chalk board. They should tidy the furniture at night when the pool closes.

Great location in town, clean.
The noise. I cannot begin to explain how noisy this place is. We were located in building 2 - an indoor football pitch next door which plays until 10pm, sounds like they are in your room. People were having parties in the hotel common areas. We asked the hotel to deal with it and they just ignored us. Sounds from the street until 2-3am. Beds were like sleeping on a pile of bricks. Other than the location, this place is awful.
