Everything was close and host very responsive even though all on WhatsApp. In general all ok. But remember it’s in the middle of “action” during weekends.
Very noisy on Saturday night as the bar downstairs is open till midnight and music is very loud. I don’t think this is the case on other nights.

Schnelle und einfache Kontaktaufnahme und super zentral gelegen.
Das Zimmer ist sauber mit einem großen Bad, einem Tresor und einem Kühlschrank, was bei den Temperaturen absolut sinnvoll ist. Auf dem Balkon hatte es viel Platz und man konnte gemütlich dem Treiben zuschauen. Was ich sehr praktisch fand waren die dimmbaren Nachttischlampen mit USB-Anschlüssen!
Für mich persönlich wäre ein Wasserkocher für Instantkaffee noch gut gewesen, da es keine Frühstücksoption gibt und hier alles recht teuer ist. Aber um die Ecke gibt es Johns Bakery mit riesigen Sandwiches (ab 4,95$) und gutem Kaffee (ab 1,50$).
Wer lärmempfindlich ist, vor allem morgens, sollte jedoch besser eine Unterkunft ein paar Straßen weiter buchen. Da ich generell einen guten Schlaf habe und aufgrund meines Spanischkurses täglich früh aufstehen musste, war es ok.
Würde hier jederzeit wieder buchen!

Excellent central location, came by foot from the airport as well. Lovely terrace where we can seat to rest. Clean spacious room. Excellent communication with the owner.
There is no reception, communication is only in writing if you have questions. There is a very nice bar below our rooms which has quite a success, so with earplugs it's ok. I would have appreciated a water boiler in the room.

Central location
Bar and restaurant that are separately owned were great
Instructions for check in completely wrong both the front door and room code.
3 people later inc the bar owner who is not involved at all with the hotel but says it happens daily !!
Eventually got into my room
Room 8 apparently but no number on the door so you guess I suppose !
Oh and woke up to a 3am riot on the street with chairs, tables etc flying
