The location is perfect. Close to the lake ( you can see it from the balcony) and in the middle of the city without much noise complains.
There was room for requests and the owner was so kind to let us stay until out transfer arrived. ( he is happy to think along).
The room is a little bit out dated and the bathroom has some work that could be done. But it is clean.
it was sometimes a little hard to find someone around. But in the online communication there was always room to ask for things.
