For the very reasonable price this hotel is the best hotel we have stayed in Phnom Penh. Very good facilities, clean, very sweet and helpful staff. Because of the thick walls of the hotel building we didn't feel the heat of the day at all, and we didn't have to turn on the aircon most of the time. Also, not noise from other rooms.

Great location on St 172. Lovely, helpful staff. Clean room and bed with new comfortable mattress. Big bathroom/toilet with hot shower. New air-con unit in room. Water dispenser in the lobby. Strong Wi-Fi.

Room 507 air-con could do with servicing or replacing.
Room 508 fridge was really old and needs replacing.
